(2) DIRECT THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE TO PRESERVE THE STRICT CONFIDENTIALITY OF ANY INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THE ACLU SALARY SURVEY. (3) DIRECT THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE TO EMAIL THE BOARD IN EARLY MAY WITH A REQUEST FOR APPROVAL OF ANY PAY INCREASE FOR THE ED BEFORE THAT INCREASE IS OFFICIALLY AWARDED. (4) DIRECT THAT THE BOARD MUST VOTE ON THE SALARY INCREASE NO LATER THAN MAY 10TH EVERY YEAR SO WE HAVE TIME TO IMPLEMENT IT RETROACTIVE TO MAY 1ST BY THE TIME PAYROLL IS PROCESSED FOR THE MAY 1 - 15 PAY PERIOD. |
