Supplemental Information. Provide the information required in Part I, line 2, Part III, column (b), and any other additional information.
Return Reference Explanation
Part I, Line 2: The Organization does a periodic audit of each subrecipient's invoices, seeking detail behind each line item for at least two of the invoices per year. For the invoices not specifically tested like this, the Organization scans them and seeks support behind any purchases over $1,000 and looks for any unanticipated changes in staffing for that invoice. The Organization also reviews invoices to ensure there are no line item overages. All invoices get approved by the Project Launch director, who has a great pulse on the activities that each entity is running for the overall Project Launch program. The Organization also reviews the recipients' audits annually and determines if there are any issues related to internal control or compliance over the grants.
