The Chief Executive Officer's compensation level is reviewed against available market data and is approved (including changes) by IFAW's Executive Committee Board of Directors. The review process was last undertaken in January 2014 for all officer positions, except for the position of Interim Vice President, Philanthropy, which was reviewed in October 2014.
