MILLS COLLEGE WAS RANKED ONE OF THE TOP 20 MOST DIVERSE LIBERAL ARTS COLLEGES IN THE NATION BY U.S. NEWS AND WORLD REPORT. IN THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2015-2016, 51% OF THE UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS AND 42% OF THE GRADUATE STUDENTS WERE OF COLOR, INCLUDING STUDENTS THAT IDENTIFIED THEMSELVES AS MULTI-ETHNIC.
