During 2016, the Organization amended its bylaws for the following significant changes: 1. Seventy Five State Street trustees are now elected by the Board members of Avesta Housing Development Corporation (AHDC). 2. Trustee terms have been changed from "no more than two consecutive three year terms" to "no more than three consecutive three year terms". 3. The CEO of AHDC selects the Administrator who reports directly to that CEO. |
