PART I, LINE 2: TUITION REMISSION OF 75% OF TUITION, IS GIVEN TO FACULTY, STAFF AND ADMINISTRATION FOR THEIR CHILDREN THAT ATTEND THE ACADEMY, UP TO THREE CHILDREN. NEW EMPLOYEES WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR TUITION REMISSION OF 65% OF TUITION. NEED-BASED FINANCIAL AID IS AVAILABLE TO ALL FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN ATTENDING THE ACADEMY. PARENTS MUST PROVIDE FINANCIAL INFORMATION TO THE ACADEMY FOR EVALUATION. IF A FAMILY MEETS THE GUIDELINES FOR AID, AND THE AID BUDGET HAS NOT BEEN DEPLETED, THEN AN OFFER OF AID IS MADE TO THE FAMILY. ONCE THE AID OFFER IS ACCEPTED, A CREDIT IS GIVEN FOR THE AID AMOUNT TOWARD THE TUITION. NO CASH ACTUALLY CHANGES HANDS. THE FINANCIAL AID AWARD IS FOR A SINGLE SCHOOL YEAR ONLY AND MUST BE APPLIED FOR EACH SCHOOL YEAR. RECORDS FOR BOTH OF THESE PROGRAMS ARE KEPT BY THE DIRECTOR OF FINANCIAL AID AND THE ACADEMY BUSINESS OFFICE.
