The compensation of the President and CEO is determined by the Executive Committee after consideration and review of comparable data of compensation paid to similarly qualified executives in comparable positions at similarly situated organizations. After review of such comparison data, the President and CEO's compensation is determined by the Executive Committee based upon approved annual goals and objectives for the organization.
