ALL POTENTIAL CONFLICTS OF INTEREST ARE REVIEWED BY AN INDIVIDUAL'S SUPERIOR; ANY CONFLICTS OF INTEREST INVOLVING THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR WOULD BE REVIEWED BY THE BOARD.
