Part II Line 2 ARIZONA ADVOCACY FOUNDATION SUPPORTED ONE ARIZONA AS THE ORGANIZATIONS FISCAL SPONSOR DURING ITS INITIAL INCEPTION AND GROWTH. ONE ARIZONA RECEIVED ITS OWN IRS EXEMPTION AS A 501C3 ORGANIZATION IN 2016. ARIZONA ADVOCACY FOUNDATION TRANSFERRED ONE ARIZONAS ASSETS CASH OFFICIALLY TO THE ONE ARIZONAS BANK ACCOUNTS AS OF OF JANUARY 7, 2016. ONE ARIZONA HAD NO OTHER ASSOCIATED ASSETS OR LIABILITIES. ALL REVENUE AND EXPENSE OF ONE ARIZONA FOR THE REMAINING MONTHS OF 2016 WILL BE REPORTED BY ONE ARIZONA.
Part II Line 2 a b CASEY DREHER JOINED THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF ARIZONA ADVOCACY FOUNDATION IN JUNE 2016. PRIOR TO, AND AFTER BECOMING A DIRECTOR OF THE ARIZONA ADVOCACY FOUNDATION, MR. DREHER SERVED IN THE POSITION OF THE STUDENT VOTE COALTION DIRECTOR FOR ONE ARIZONA. CASEY DREHER WAS COMPENSATED AS AN EMPLOYEE OF ONE ARIZONA FOR 48,000 IN 2016 FOR THIS POSITION. IN HIS ROLE AS STUDENT VOTE COALTION DIRECTOR, MR. DREHER WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE STUDENT VOTE COALITION, THE TRAINING, COORDINATING AND SUPPORT OF STUDENT MEMBERS AND IN BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS WITHIN THE COMMUNITY OF HIGH SCHOOLS, COMMUNITY COLLEGES, UNIVERSITY CAMPUSES, SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS, TEACHERS, CLASSIFIED STAFF AND THE NON PROFIT COMMUNITY.
