Unrelated business income explanation Part V line 3b	Insurance claim proceeds were received in the amount of $91,941. This money was received because the golf outing that is scheduled each year was rained out. The non-profit org. had insuance policy for such an unexpexted occurance.
Members or stockholder classes and rights Part VI line 6	The Wayne County Sheriff Youth & Senior Education Fund has over 90 board memebers who are active in achiveing the goals fo the association.
Member election for additional members Part VI line 7a	A board member can recommend a new member to the board at a general board meeting. The board will vote on that new member as well as a back ground check will take place prior to their acceptace to the board.
Governing body decisions Part VI line 7b	The board members are elected during the general board meeting as long as they are in complicance with the board rules and regulations.
Form 990 governing body review Part VI line 11	At the general board meeting the financials and tax returns are presented to the board and reviewed. Once they are accepted their is a motion to accept the reports as presented etc.
Conflict of interest policy compliance Part VI line 12c	The board requires that each member fill out on an annual basis a confilect of interest form and sign it prior to year end. If their is a conflict of anykind they will be asked to step down and no longer are members for the board.
