IN THE APPLICATION PROCESS, THEY LIST THE GOALS THEY WISH TO ACCOMPLISH WITH THE GRANT FUNDS. AT THE END OF THE PROJECT THE FACILITY REPORTS ON THE ACCOMPLISHMENT OF THE GOALS. OUR PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR DOES A SITE VISIT AND FOLLOW UP OF THE FACILITY'S USE OF THE FUNDS.
