PAID STAFF OF THE TASK FORCE WORK WITH THE GRANTEES TO EXECUTE THE PROGRAMS/PROJECT FOR WHICH WE PROVIDE SUPPORT. WE ACTUALLY SEE THE GRANTEES DOING THE WORK. IN THE CASE OF THE MIAMI FOOUNDATION, IT IS A LARGE U.S. COMMUNITY FOUNDATION WITH ITS OWN PROCESSES AND CONTROLS FOR ITS GRANTS. WE MAKE A CONTRIBUTION TO THE FOUNDATION, WHICH IT RE-GRANTS.
