SCHEDULE L, PART V CHALLENGER PURCHASES ITS STAFF UNIFORMS AND PRESCHOOL NAP BAGS FROM SCHOLARWEAR, A PRIVATE FOR-PROFIT UNIFORM SUPPLIER OWNED IN PART BY MARCELLE JACOBSEN, WHO IS THE SISTER OF DIRECTORS RYAN BAKER AND KAYLEEN WILSON. TO ENSURE THAT ALL UNIFORM AND PRESCHOOL NAP BAG PURCHASES ARE ARMS LENGTH AND FOR NO MORE THAN FAIR MARKET VALUE, CHALLENGER HAS APPOINTED A UNIFORM COMMITTEE. THE COMMITTEE EVAULATES UNIFORM NEEDS, PERFORMS AN ANNUAL COMPETITIVE MARKET ANALYSIS, AND MAKES RECOMMENDATIONS TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS.
