THEY COMPARE DATA FROM LOCAL, NATIONAL AND INDUSTRY SPECIFIC SURVEYS TO DETERMINE THAT THE COMPENSATION IS DEEMED REASONABLE. THE AGENCY WILL OBTAIN AND MAINTAIN SUCH DATA BY REGULARLY CONDUCTING WAGE COMPARABILITY STUDIES.
