Schedule J, Part I, Line 1a Travel for companions The President is allowed to take his spouse on up to 2 trips per year. The cost of her travel and hotel expenses are reported as taxable compensation to the President.
Schedule J, Part I, Line 1a Personal services CJP provides driver services to the President. His normal commute costs are included as taxable benefits in other compensation.
Schedule J, Part I, Line 4b Supplemental nonqualified retirement plan DURING 2016 GIL PREUSS HAD OWNERSHIP OF A DEFERRED ANNUITY THROUGH A NONQUALIFIED PENSION PLAN. NO CONTRIBUTIONS INTO THE EXECUTIVE PENSION PLAN WERE MADE DURING 2016.
