AS FOLLOWS: BASE COMPENSATION OF $260,230 AND $224,121, OTHER COMPENSATION OF $5,400 AND $5,400, DEFERRED COMPENSATION OF $21,464 AND $6,562, AND NONTAXABLE BENEFITS OF $28,417 AND $20,168, RESPECTIVELY.
