The organization's conflict of interest policy applies to all directors, members of the administrative staff, and other persons employed by the organization. Compliance with the conflict of interest policy is reviewed annually. Administration and risk management review files for signatures and disclosures. If a conflict of interest does occur it is announced to the entire board present. If necessary, the board asks for staff input and legal opinion to determine if a conflict exists if the board cannot do so independently. The interested board member will abstain from voting on items that have been identified as a potential conflict. |

Compensation of the CEO, top management and officers of the organization is determined by using Surveys from the Nevada Hospital Association, Nevada Rural Hospital Partners, MGMA, Merritt Hawkins and other professional survey instruments.
