SCHEDULE F, PART I, LINE 2 PROCEDURES FOR MONITORING THE USE OF GRANT FUNDS OUTSIDE THE U.S. "THE INTERNATIONAL SERVICES DEPARTMENT," OF THE AMERICAN RED CROSS HAS AN ESTABLISHED STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE WHICH REQUIRES THE USE OF A SUB-RECIPIENT RISK ASSESSMENT FORM WHICH ASSESSES EACH SUB RECIPIENT'S RISK LEVEL (LOW-HIGH) BASED ON ESTABLISHED CRITERIA SUCH AS WORK LOCATION, AWARD AMOUNT, USE OF AN ACCOUNTING SYSTEM, AMONG OTHER ITEMS. THIS RISK ASSESSMENT FORM IS USED AT THE PROPOSAL STAGE, AND THE RISK LEVEL WILL DICTATE THE LEVEL OF FINANCIAL AND NARRATIVE REPORTING REQUIRED BY THE SUB RECIPIENT DURING THE TERM OF THE AWARD. DURING THE TERM OF THE AWARD, THE PARTNER NARRATIVE AND FINANCIAL REPORTS ARE UPLOADED INTO OUR GRANT DATABASE (MONTHLY OR QUARTERLY BASED ON THE PROJECT AGREEMENT) AND MUST BE REVIEWED AND "ACCEPTED."
