Form 990, Part V, Line 2a and 2b and Part IX, Lines 5-10	Explanation for Reported Compensation: The employees of Catholics Come Home are compensated by a related organization, VirtueMedia. As such, Catholics Come Home reimburses VirtueMedia a percent of the compensation paid relating to Catholics Come Home. The reimbursed compensation is reported in Part VII and Part IX. Part V, Line 2a is the number of employees reported on VirtueMedia's Form W-3 for the employees who provided services to Catholics Come Home.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 11b	Form 990 is prepared by an independent accountant and reviewed by the organization's top management. The reviewed return is then forwarded to the entire board for review prior to filing.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 12c	The organization monitors conflicts of interest by requiring all board members and officers to complete a conflict of interest questionnaire annually. The President and outside accounting consultant reviewed the completed questionnarie. If a conflict exists, the interested person leaves the meeting during the discussion and vote on the transaction.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 15a	The organization determines reasonableness of compensation by comparing officer and director compensation to other similar organizations. The compensation is approved by independent board members and the board-approved compensation is documented in the board minutes. The last comparability study was done April of 2012. There have been no raises or change in duties since that date. Line 15b: The organization did not compensate any other officers or key employees. Therefore, this question was answered no in accordance with the instructions.
