PART I, LINE 6 PLAN GOALS: IF THE THRESHOLD CASH FLOW MARGIN IS ACHIEVED, THE POOL WILL BE FUNDED AND INCENTIVE PAYOUTS, IF ANY, WILL BE DETERMINED BASED UPON THE OPERATIONAL AND INDIVIDUAL GOALS ACHIEVED. EACH YEAR DURING THE PLANNING PROCESS, HHS CHOOSES A SET OF GOALS THAT WILL BE MEASURED UNDER THE PLAN. FOR THE 2018 PLAN, THERE ARE ORGANIZATIONAL GOALS RELATING TO QUALITY/PATIENT SAFETY, OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE, PATIENT EXPERIENCE, AND EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT. THE PLAN ALSO HAS A COMPONENT TIED TO INDIVIDUAL GOALS. IN FUTURE YEARS, THE GOALS IN THE PLAN MAY CHANGE AS NECESSARY TO SUPPORT THE ORGANIZATION GOALS AND OBJECTIVES. NOTE: LINEAR INTERPOLATION WILL BE USED FOR PERFORMANCE BETWEEN THRESHOLD AND TARGET.
