FORM 990, PART VI, SECTION B, LINE 12C BETHEL COLLEGE REQUIRES THE FULL DISCLOSURE BY BOARD MEMBERS AND OFFICERS OF ANY POTENTIAL CONFLICTS OF INTEREST. A DISCLOSURE FORM IS SENT TO THE GOVERNING BODY AND OFFICERS TO BE SIGNED AND COMPLETED ANNUALLY.
