THE EDUCATION DEPARTMENT ALSO MAINTAINS ALL DOCUMENTATION PERTAINING TO THE SELECTION CRITERIA USED TO AWARD SCHOLARSHIPS AS WELL AS EACH GRANTEE'S ELIGIBILITY FOR RECEIVING ASSISTANCE.
