SCHEDULE I, PART III PROCEDURES FOR MONITORING THE USE OF GRANT FUNDS IN THE U.S. TO INDIVIDUALS A COMMITTEE COMPOSED OF VOLUNTEER MEMBERS, AUGMENTED BY INPUT FROM THE ORGANIZATIONS STAFF, RECEIVE AND REVIEW APPLICATIONS FOR SMALL GRANTS IN THE RANGE OF $500 TO $4,000 FOR WORK IN PROJECTS CENTERED ON HUMAN RIGHTS ISSUES. RECIPIENTS ARE SELECTED BASED UPON THE MERITS OF THEIR PROPOSALS AND THE QUALITY OF THEIR SUBMISSIONS. PART OF THE FUNDING FOR THESE GRANTS COMES FROM AN ALLOTMENT DESIGNATED AS THE HANNA GRUNWALD FUND AND SPECIAL INCENTIVE FUND.
