Creation of a storefront Moogseum began as we signed a lease on a gallery space in downtown Asheville, commissioned conceptual renderings, and identified three nationally recognized exhibit designers to assist us in building four technologically rich experiential exhibits. We began organizing over 1,000 pieces of archival material for display in the Moogseum, which opens May 2019. The Moogseum was established as an LLC with the Bob Moog Memorial Foundation for Electronic Music, Inc. being the sole member. The Moogseum, LLC is a disregarded entity for tax purposes. |
