FORM 990, SCHEDULE I, PART III The Fedcap Group is committed to effecting long-term, sustainable change among the populations and communities we serve. Fedcap Rehabilitation Services, Inc. is an instrumental part of effecting that change. Its programs and operations bring education and the power of work to individuals with disabilities, adults with conviction histories, veterans, and many others facing barriers to employment. Individual grants do not require continued monitoring as the organization only provides assistance to those individuals who have demonstrated a need (either public assistance, educational stipends or some other form of care). No gifted funds may be used for non-essential purposes and may not be spent on discretionary items that do not support an individual's health and welfare.
