SCHEDULE I, PART I, LINE 2 THE GRANT FUNDS PROVIDED TO THE PARTNERSHIP FOR CLEAN COMPETITION (PCC) ARE CONTINGENT ON ANNUAL BENCHMARKING TO ENSURE THAT THE FUNDS ARE BEING UTILIZED IN AN EFFECTIVE AND APPROPRIATE MANNER. THOSE BENCHMARKS INCLUDE DEMONSTRATION THAT THE PCC HAS COMMITTED TO NO LESS THAN THREE SCIENTIFICALLY RELEVANT GRANTS EACH YEAR; CONTINUED MONITORING OF PREVIOUS GRANTS GIVEN TO ENSURE THEIR PROGRESS IN BETTERING ANTI-DOPING EFFORTS IN SPORT; AND THE ACTIVE ENGAGEMENT OF THE PCC BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND THE SCIENTIFIC ADVISORY BOARD IN THE OVERSIGHT OF CURRENT AND FUTURE GRANT PROJECTS.
