Form 990, Part VI, Line 15a: Compensation Review & Approval Process - CEO, Top Management | On an annual basis, the board and management staff meet to discuss and plan key strategies and priorities for the upcoming year. In the annual plan, milestones are identified for the CEO and key staff. At the conclusion of each year, the board meets with the CEO and reviews progress made in meeting the priorites and evaluates them based on accomplishments. Compensation for the CEO is based on those accomplishments. The CEO meets with the COO and provides an identical review in determining compensation. Additionally, the Organization as a whole has a board approved bonus and incentive plan that is evaluated annually. |
