Part I, Line 2: Literacy Program Grants - Each grantee submits annual reporting to the organization detailing uses and amounts of funds used as compared to the project budget and status of program deliverables. In addition, twice yearly in-person technical assistance visits and data collection report on program progress and next-steps occur.
