PART I, LINE 7 THE SHORT TERM BONUS MOST EMPLOYEES ARE UNDER IS DISCRETIONARY AND PERFORMANCE BASED. THE EXECUTIVE LEVEL, WHICH IS OUR SENIOR MANAGEMENT, HAS 50% TIED TO COMPANY PERFORMANCE MEASURES OF REVENUE AND NET CONTRIBUTION, AND 50% TIED TO DISCRETIONARY MISSION OBJECTIVES. THE PRESIDENT AND EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR'S BONUS IS RECOMMENDED BY THE COMPENSATION COMMITTEE OF THE BOARD AND APPROVED BY THE BOARD.
