Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15 | Compensation determination for the co-directors is based on research of other executive directors at New Jersey non-profits (taken from the 2016 990's), and by research conducted from various websites including Salary.com. APFC's Co-Directors compensation is well within the range of similar posts in NJ. This process was last undertaken in 2008; co-directors hourly rate has remained steady since that time due to stagnation in revenue relating to the 2008 national financial crisis. The board will resume review of executive salaries in the coming years. |
