Return Reference Explanation
Part I, Line 2: Grants are made to other 501(c)(3) organizations with an interest in criminal justice issues. The organizations are selected by the Board based on their experience and history of dealing with these issues and their willingness ability to work cooperatively with organizations with differing ideological perspectives towards a common goal. Grant recipients will be required to provide regular updates to the Organization about the use of funds, and provide the Organization with a year-end report on how the funds were used and a financial report.
