ALMOST 400 CANDIDATES SIGNED ONE ACTION'S 'PLEDGE FOR PROGRESS'. IN THE NETHERLANDS, OVER 1000 DUTCH SUPPORTERS WROTE POSTCARDS TO SIGRID KAAG, MINISTER FOR FOREIGN TRADE AND DEVELOPMENT COOPERATION, ASKING HER TO INCREASE THE NETHERLANDS' CONTRIBUTION TO THE GLOBAL FUND TO 200M EURO, AND ONE ACTION DELIVERED THESE MESSAGES OF SUPPORT TO THE MINISTER IN MAY. IN ITALY, ONE ACTION LAUNCHED ITS FIRST ONE VOTE CAMPAIGN. AS PART OF THIS CAMPAIGN, BOTH THE COUNTRY'S FORMER PRIME MINISTER AND CURRENT VICE MINISTER FOR FOREIGN AFFAIRS SIGNED ONE ACTION'S PLEDGE TO FIGHT EXTREME POVERTY AND PREVENTABLE DISEASE ON THE SAME DAY THE CAMPAIGN WAS LAUNCHED. |

WADI, WHO WAS PART OF THE ORGANIZING TEAM FOR THE VOTE YOUR FUTURE REGIONAL SUMMITS, SHARED A STRONG MESSAGE FROM YOUNG NIGERIANS FOR ACCOUNTABILITY BY THE COUNTRY'S LEADERS.
