TOWARD THAT END, THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES HAS A COMPENSATION COMMITTEE OF INDEPENDENT PERSONS THAT HAVE NO PERSONAL INTEREST IN ANY PROPOSED COMPENSATION ARRANGEMENT.
