THE ORGANIZATION MAINTAINS A NON-QUALIFIED 457(F) RETIREMENT PLAN FOR THE FOLLOWING INDIVIDUALS LISTED ON FORM 990, PART VII: DIANE COUGHLIN, GARY LANE, ANGELA STRAUCH LANE, CATHY BRADLEY, AND AMY KREITZ. THE PLAN ALSO COVERS SEVERAL EMPLOYEES NOT REQUIRED TO BE LISTED ON FORM 990, PART VII. THE FOLLOWING EMPLOYEES REQUIRED TO BE LISTED ON FORM 990, PART VII REACHED ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS DURING THE 2018 CALENDAR YEAR AND BELOW ARE THE AMOUNTS THEY RECEIVED IN 2018.
