THE ARRANGEMENT PROVIDES FOR CONTINUED PAYMENT OF THE INDIVIDUAL'S SALARY FOR A PERIOD OF FIFTEEN MONTHS. KEVIN RALPH, SVP OF DEVELOPMENT UNTIL 4/18, RECEIVED SEVERANCE PAYMENTS OF $86,539 DURING CALENDAR YEAR 2018. THE ARRANGEMENT PROVIDES FOR CONTINUED PAYMENT OF THE INDIVIDUAL'S SALARY AND BENEFITS FOR A PERIOD OF TWELVE MONTHS, INCLUDING MEDICAL AND DENTAL INSURANCE COVERAGE. REBECCA FRANCE, VP PATIENT FINANCIAL SERVICES & REVENUE CYCLE UNTIL 6/12/18, RECEIVED SEVERANCE PAYMENTS OF $125,500 DURING CALENDAR YEAR 2018.
