TO ENSURE THAT GRANT FUNDS ARE EXPENDED FOR THE INTENDED PURPOSES, THE FOUNDATION APPROVES GRANT DISBURSEMENTS TO THE COLLEGE ONLY WHEN PROPER SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION AND AUTHORIZATION IS OBTAINED AND WHEN THE EXPENDITURE SATISFIES THE RESTRICTED PURPOSES IMPOSED BY DONORS AND FURTHERS THE EXEMPT MISSION OF THE FOUNDATION.
