COMPENSATION AMOUNTS ARE DETERMINED BASED ON INDEPENDENT SURVEYS AND COMPARABLE DATA TO ORGANIZATIONS OUR SIZE FOR NON- PROFITS, OTHER BLOOD CENTERS, AND GENERAL INDUSTRY. THIS PROCESS WAS LAST UNDERTAKEN IN JANUARY 2019. ALL OTHER MANAGEMENT POSITIONS' (DIRECTORS) COMPENSATION ARE BASED ON COMPENSATION REVIEWS PERFORMED BY OUR HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT.
