THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR SHARES THIS INFORMATION WITH THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS WHO REVIEWS THE INFORMATION DURING ITS ANNUAL EVALUATION OF THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR.
