On February 12, 2021, the document (Application for Automatic Extension of Time To File an Exempt Organization Return) for Form 990 was received by the Internal Revenues Service (IRS). This document conceded an automatic extension until August 15, 2021 for the filing of Form 990. Our organization mailed Form 990, and it was received by the IRS on March 22, 2021. Recently, we received a communication with the number 0422614611 from the IRS, in which they requested the electronic filing of that form. Given this, today the Form 990 is being filed electronically. |

Our structure of wages is fixed. All increase in wage passes through a process of revision and approval by our Board of Directors. Once approved by the Board of Directors, is submitted in proposal to the pass-through state agency (external entity), who reviews and approves this one. |
