Prior to entering into the transaction, after all facts are presented to the Board, the Board then votes with the majority deciding whether the transaction is in Youth Tennis San Diego's best interest.

Form 990, Part VI, Line 11b: Form 990 Review Process	The Form 990 is sent by the CPA to the organization where it is reviewed by the Accountant and certain members of the board including the Executive Director, President, and Treasurer. After the draft is reviewed the organization notifies the CPA of any changes neccessary. After the CPA makes the neccessary changes (if any) the organization approves the draft and the CPA submits the Form 990 to the IRS.
