ALL OFFICERS AND KEY EMPLOYEES ARE CURRENTLY REQUIRED TO NOTIFY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF ANY FAMILY OR BUSINESS RELATIONSHIPS. THE BOARD ACTS AS A WHOLE IN MONITORING AND ENFORCING THE CONFLICT OF INTEREST POLICY.
