PART I, LINE 2: FOR SCHOLARSHIP CONSIDERATION: 1) THE RECIPIENT MUST BE A HIGH SCHOOL SENIOR, 2) BE A PARTICIPANT IN THE BELL COUNTY YOUTH FAIR AND RODEO AND HAVE PARTICIPATED IN THE FAIR A MINIMUM OF TWO OTHER YEARS, AND 3) BE ELIGIBLE TO ATTEND A TWO OR FOUR YEAR COLLEGE, UNIVERSITY OR TECHNICAL SCHOOL AS A FULL TIME STUDENT. RECIPIENTS ARE SELECTED BY A COMMITTEE. THE SCHOLARSHIPS ARE PAID DIRECTLY TO THE SCHOOL OF THE RECIPIENT'S CHOICE. STUDENTS MUST SUBMIT WRITTEN EVIDENCE OF REGISTRATION AND MUST MAINTAIN AT LEAST A 2.5 GRADE POINT AVERAGE. STUDENTS MUST FORWARD A TRANSCRIPT OF GRADES AT THE END OF EACH SPRING SEMESTER.
