General explanation attachment | Narrative Carolina STRIVE was organized under Chapter 55A of the General Statutes of the State of North Carolina.At this time, Carolina Strive has not sought nor received any financial supposrt, however, at the time Carolina Strive receives its 501(c)3 tax-3 exempt designation for the Internal Revenue Service, the organization , for the purpose of chariable activities within Nash, and Edgecombe Counties, North Carolina, and the surrounding areas. It is the desire of Carolina STRIVE to initiate projects, once adequate public financical support is secured in the areas of personal/professional citizenship development through job creationm, life skill mentoring, raising awaremess through community development, renewable energy (environment preservation), athletics, health & wellness. The IRS has recognized that organizations involved is activities analogous to those described by Carolina STRIVE to qualify for exemption under SECTION 501(c)(3) as a charitable organization. The Corporation recognize that commuinty development is a process that may not be project specific at the outset. We plan to proceed in the development of our programs in accordance will all accordance with all regulatory procedures as set forht under Section 501(c)(3) of the IRS.The Corporation has not entered into any leases, contracts, rental loan of financing agreements. Subsequent to the receipt of a determination letter from the IRS, any and all such agreements, tax credits, equity interests, tax exempt bonds and other offical documents will be duly recorded in the public domain. |
