THIS DATA IS OBTAINED THROUGH A REVIEW OF THE IRS FORM 990. SALARY SURVEY RESULTS FROM THE NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER HEALTH CENTER SALARY & BENEFITS REPORTS ARE ALSO UTILIZED FOR THIS REVIEW. OTHER INDUSTRY SPECIFIC DATA SOURCES ARE UTILIZED TO DETERMINE APPROPRIATE COMPENSATION. THE ORGANIZATION SUBSCRIBES TO PAYSCALES, A SALARY AND COMPENSATION SERVICE TO DETERMINE ONGOING SALARY AND COMPENSATION LEVELS THAT ARE CONSISTENT WITH INDUSTRY STANDARDS.
