THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS ADOPTED THE SALARY RANGES AND PROVIDE FOR THE ANNUAL ADJUSTMENT OF SALARY RANGES. WISCAP CONDUCTS A SURVEY OF JOB CLASSIFICATIONS, SALARIES, AND BENEFITS OFFERED BY ITS MEMBER AGENCIES ONCE EVERY THREE YEARS. THE PERSONNEL COMMITTEE OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS CONDUCTED A SALARY COMPARISON OF THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR POSITION WITH SIMILAR POSITIONS IN THE MIDWESTERN STATES IN 2015. |
