Part I Line 2 Procedure for monitoring the use of grant funds in the U.S. - The grant committee consisting of 6 members is responsible for awarding grant funds. Applications are reviewed for project purpose goals and objectives of the project measurement of outcome marketing plan budget justification and any other additional material submitted. Based on a matrix each member independently score the application in each of the mentioned categories. The scores from each member are totaled for each application. The committee meets to review the total score each application received and discuss the project described in the application. Grants are awarded based on the highest score received or the merits and impact of the project,
