We are very sorry for the late filing. We sent in a complete paper 990 filing to the IRS facility in Ogden, Utah in early January 2021, and did not hear any response until April 24, 2021. On that date, we received a letter from the IRS informing us that, as of July 1, 2020, all tax-exempt organizations had to file electronically. Consequently, we took swift action to file electronically today, April 28. We are a student organization, and we do not receive help from tax experts; this is the reason we were caught unaware of the change implemented last July. Once again, we apologize for the delay.
