PART I, LINE 1A FIRST CLASS TRAVEL - AIR TRAVEL MUST BE IN COACH/ECONOMY CLASS AT THE LOWEST AVAILABLE FARES PER THE CONSERVANCY'S STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE FOR TRAVEL AND REPORTING AND THE FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT HANDBOOKS. PERSONS LISTED ON THE 990 MAY RECEIVE FIRST CLASS TRAVEL IN LIMITED CIRCUMSTANCES, WHICH INCLUDE (1) WHEN NO ECONOMY FARE WAS AVAILABLE, OR (2) WHEN THERE WAS NO PRICE DIFFERENCE. HOUSING - EMPLOYEES WORKING OUTSIDE OF THE US MAY RECEIVE HOUSING ALLOWANCES AS A PARTICIPANT IN THE CONSERVANCY'S GLOBAL MOBILITY PROGRAM. ONE KEY EMPLOYEE AND ONE HIGHEST PAID EMPLOYEE RECEIVED THIS BENEFIT. THIS BENEFIT WAS INCLUDED IN TAXABLE INCOME AS REQUIRED BY LAW. TAX EQUALIZATION - EMPLOYEES WORKING OUTSIDE OF THE US MAY RECEIVE A TAX EQUALIZATION BENEFIT AS A PARTICIPANT IN THE CONSERVANCY'S GLOBAL MOBILITY PROGRAM. FORMER CHIEF OF EXTERNAL AFFAIRS, GLENN PRICKETT, RECEIVED A SEPARATION PAYMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $250,000, DURING 2019. FORMER CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER, MARC TOUITOU, RECEIVED A SEPARATION PAYMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $40,000, DURING 2019.
