THE MINUTES OF ANY MEETING IN WHICH A POSSIBLE CONFLICT OF INTEREST IS DISCLOSED SHALL OUTLINE THE ACTIONS TAKEN BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AT SAID MEETING REGARDING THE SPECIFIC CONFLICT OF INTEREST ISSUE. ANNUALLY, EACH BOARD MEMBER WILL SIGN A CONFLICT OF INTEREST STATEMENT THAT WILL BE MAINTAINED IN THEIR BOARD MEMBER FILE. |
