However, in the case of potential conflicts of interest, it has been agreed under America's Agenda policy that interested parties will disclose the existence of the potential conflicts and recuse themselves from participation in the decision-making process, as outlined in the organization's conflict of interest policy.

This committee approved compensation packages to the Organization's employees.The Organization pays the employees. America's Agenda Healthcare Education Fund, 501(c)(3) organization, reimburses the Organization for 50% of the payroll costs for services provided to the Education Fund by the employees.
